Soccer Game Preview: Oregon vs. Madison Memorial + Official Tickets

The Oregon Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Madison Memorial Spartans at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Oregon is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Arrowhead on Thursday. They lost 5-0 to the Warhawks. While losing is never fun, Oregon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while Arrowhead are ranked second).

Meanwhile, Madison Memorial beat Janesville Craig 3-1 on Thursday. Madison Memorial haven't had any issues with Janesville Craig recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Oregon has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-1 record this season. As for Madison Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9-3.

Oregon came out on top in a nail-biter against Madison Memorial in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
