Soccer Recap: Poly Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Poly can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Canyon Comanches on Thursday. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Bears couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Adrian Navarro, who's now up to nine this season.

Poly's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Canyon, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Poly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canyon, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Kaiser on the 15th.
