Lincoln County has gone a perfect 4-0 against Tolsia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Panthers will venture away from home to take on the Rebels at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lincoln County has three straight victories, Tolsia has 18 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Tolsia's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Wednesday: Lincoln County hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. Everything went the Panthers' way against Wayne on Monday as they made off with a 7-0 win. The game was the first time the Panthers have beaten the Pioneers on their field since March 25, 2019.

Grady Adkins was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Tolsia lost 16-3 to Scott on Tuesday.

Tolsia saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bray Mollette, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Mollette has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Tolsia, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-20.

Lincoln County took their win against Tolsia when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 15-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
