Soccer Recap: Oxbridge Academy Falls Short of Benjamin in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Oxbridge Academy can now relate to. They fell just short of the Benjamin Buccaneers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for the ThunderWolves seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Oxbridge Academy and nudges their season record down to 8-10-3. As for Benjamin, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5-3 record this season.

Oxbridge Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Benjamin, they will head out to square off against Edgewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Edgewood sitting on three straight wins and Benjamin on four.
