Soccer Recap: North Valleys Comes Up Short

North Valleys managed to slip by Bishop Manogue the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Miners on Wednesday, falling 4-1. North Valleys were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bishop Manogue apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

This is the second loss in a row for North Valleys and nudges their season record down to 4-7-1. As for Bishop Manogue, their win bumped their record up to 2-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Valleys will square off against South Tahoe at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. North Valleys will need to watch out since South Tahoe have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests. As for Bishop Manogue, they will head out on the road to face off against Douglas at 3:15 p.m. on October 4.
