Alma got themselves on the board against Siloam Springs on Tuesday, but Siloam Springs never followed suit. They blew past the Panthers 8-0. Considering the Airedales have won five matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Alma has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Siloam Springs, they dropped their record down to 4-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alma will square off against Shiloh Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Siloam Springs, they will take on Gentry at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
