There's no place like home for Goldthwaite, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 39-29 win over the Johnson City Eagles on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for Goldthwaite as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Goldthwaite's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Johnson City, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 21-5.

Goldthwaite (ranked 412th) will meet Center Point (ranked 1326th) at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Johnson City will take on Long Creek at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday up 797 places (349 vs. 1146).
