Basketball Recap: Regan Edstrom's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Platte Valley over Skyview Academy + How To Watch

Platte Valley lost against SkyView Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Broncos fell 53-49 to the Hawks.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Regan Edstrom, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Rocco Minner, who had nine points.

Brady McGrath was the offensive standout of the contest as he went 8-for-10 to rack up 19 points and six rebounds. Cole Feeney was another key player, putting up ten points.

Platte Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for SkyView Academy, their win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Platte Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-45 victory against Northridge on the 13th. As for SkyView Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Forge Christian at 10:30 a.m. on the 18th.
