Volleyball Recap: Jackson-Milton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Jackson-Milton lost against Columbiana back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bluejays came up short against the Clippers, falling 3-0. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jackson-Milton was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Columbiana work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 29-27, 25-20.

Peyton Ford paced Jackson-Milton's offense, picking up ten kills. Ford got some help from Emma Johns and her 15 assists. Finally, Ford was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high seven blocks.

Jackson-Milton's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Columbiana, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Jackson-Milton will be playing at home against Waterloo at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbiana, they will head out on the road to face off against East Palestine at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
