Basketball Recap: Union's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Union entered their tilt with Mapleton on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 46-39 win over the Mapleton Sailors.

Union pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Mapleton, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Union is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Nyssa at 2:30 p.m. on December 28th. As for Mapleton, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bonanza at 4:30 p.m. on December 30th.
