Softball Recap: Hockinson Hawks vs. R.A. Long Lumberjacks
Hockinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took an 8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the R.A. Long Lumberjacks. The Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lumberjacks earlier this season, when they won 8-7.
Hockinson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Renee Waddle, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
