After a string of four wins, Anderson Prep Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were dealt an 80-52 defeat at the hands of the University Trailblazers. The Jets were not able to make up for their loss to the Trailblazers from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Several Jets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zamarion Bryant, who went 7 for 16 en route to 16 points along with five boards and three steals. Bryant has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Camron Anderson was another key player, going 6 of 14 on his way to 15 points.

Max McComb continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for University, going 6 for 12 en route to 18 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. What's more, McComb also racked up three blocks, the most he's had since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Peter Morales, who posted 14 points.

Anderson Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5. As for University, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-6.

Anderson Prep Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 69-60 win against International on the 1st. University has also already played their next match, a 60-45 victory against Indianapolis Lutheran on the 1st.
