Rancho Bernardo had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Oceanside Pirates 9-1 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Broncos have posted since March 28, 2024.

Sydney Harmon and Ellery Housand did most of the damage at the plate: Harmon scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2, while Housand scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. The dominant performance gave Harmon a new career-high in stolen bases.

The victory got Rancho Bernardo back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Rancho Bernardo will face off against Point Loma at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oceanside, they will square off against Imperial at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
