Volleyball Recap: Westside Takes a Loss

Westside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Peach County Trojans, falling 3-0. The Seminoles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

While Westside was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22, 25-21.

Westside's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Peach County, they pushed their record up to 6-17 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Westside has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Upson-Lee on the 18th. As for Peach County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Central Georgia Arts on the 18th.
