Volleyball Recap: Gardena Takes a Loss

Gardena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Carson Colts. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Colts when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11, 25-10.

Gardena's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Carson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gardena is set to face off against their familiar foe Narbonne at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Carson will challenge rival Banning at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
