Volleyball Recap: Ansonia Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Ansonia was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Derby last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Chargers lost 3-0 to the Naugatuck Greyhounds on Friday. The Chargers have struggled against the Greyhounds recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Ansonia's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Naugatuck, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-1.

Coming up, Ansonia will face off against Wilby at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Naugatuck, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Pomperaug on the 20th.
