Pace is 4-0 against Art & Design since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. Pace will face off against Art & Design at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Monday, Pace opened the new year with a less-than-successful 59-48 defeat to Economics & Finance. The loss continues a trend for Pace in their matchups with Economics & Finance: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Art & Design took a blow against Lab Museum United on Monday, falling 68-26. While losing is never fun, Art & Design can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 601st, while Lab Museum United is ranked 26th).

Art & Design's defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pace, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Pace against Art & Design in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 63-24 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pace since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
