Football Recap: Putnam Vo-Tech Takes a Loss

Putnam Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes 55-18. If the Beavers were looking for revenge after losing 31-12 to the Hurricanes when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Putnam Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Putnam Vo-Tech will host Agawam at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Brownies will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Beavers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wahconah Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
