Baseball Recap: Hackensack Comes Up Short

Hackensack's last matchup with Ramapo could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Tuesday. The Comets lost 11-0 to the Raiders. If the Comets were looking for revenge after losing 6-4 to the Raiders when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Hackensack and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Ramapo, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

While Hackensack had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
