Baseball Recap: North Moore Takes a Loss

North Moore lost against Seaforth last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost 9-2 to the Hawks.

North Moore saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was John Carre, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

North Moore's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-10. As for Seaforth, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Moore will host Fayetteville Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mustangs are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a 15-game losing streak. As for Seaforth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
