Rensselaer Central had a rough outing against Lewis Cass the last time the two teams met, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Rensselaer Central had enough points to win and then some against Delphi Community last Friday, taking their contest 21-6. Among those leading the charge for Rensselaer Central was senior Aidan Stevens, who rushed for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Lewis Cass brought a two-game winning streak into their match against Eastern last Friday; they left with a three-game streak. Lewis Cass took the match and then some with a 56-0 victory over Eastern. With Lewis Cass ahead 42-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
