Will Henderson was another key contributor, gaining 140 total yards and two touchdowns.

Carthage's defeat ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-1. As for Gilmer, they pushed their record up to 11-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Carthage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Gilmer is on the road again on Friday and play against Glen Rose at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. Glen Rose knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past nine contests -- so hopefully Gilmer likes a good challenge.
