Soccer Recap: Coral Glades Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Coral Glades challenged Coral Springs Charter on Thursday. The Coral Glades Jaguars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coral Springs Charter Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 201st, while the Panthers are ranked 65th).

Coral Glades now has a losing record at 5-6-3. As for Coral Springs Charter, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-4-2.

Coral Glades will venture away from home to square off against Cardinal Gibbons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Coral Springs Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
