Coal Ridge had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Moffat County Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Titans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Coal Ridge never let Moffat County on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-23.

Ava Harlow paced Coal Ridge's offense, picking up nine kills. Harlow got some help from Austin Jensen and her 15 assists. Jensen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Coal Ridge's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Moffat County, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coal Ridge will host Grand Junction Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Moffat County, they will be playing at home against Grand Junction at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
