Volleyball Game Preview: Marsh Valley Eagles vs. South Fremont Cougars + How To Watch

Marsh Valley is 2-8 against South Fremont since September of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Eagles will challenge the Cougars at 1:00 p.m.

Marsh Valley lost 3-0 to Bear Lake on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-7, 25-13.

South Fremont not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 13th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Marsh Valley 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.

One reason for the win was South Fremont's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14, 25-12.

South Fremont's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Marsh Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.

Marsh Valley might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from South Fremont in their previous meeting on Tuesday. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
