Baseball Game Preview: Lakeway Christian Academy Lions vs. Silverdale Academy Seahawks

For the second straight game, Lakeway Christian Academy will face off against Silverdale Academy. The Lions will head out on the road to square off against the Seahawks at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Lakeway Christian Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.

Lakeway Christian Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over Silverdale Academy.

Lakeway Christian Academy got a great performance from Chasen Lovin as he struck out six batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, Brock Mauk was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kyler Worsham, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Lakeway Christian Academy's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 21-12. As for Silverdale Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 16-10.
