Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Otsego). They never let the Lee Legends get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Monday. The win was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Matthew Jackson made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
