Soccer Recap: Vail Mountain Comes Up Short

While losing is never fun, Vail Mountain can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while Delta are ranked 32nd).

Vail Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Delta, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-1.

Vail Mountain has already played their next game, a 4-3 defeat against Liberty Common on the 13th. As for Delta, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 win against Basalt on the 13th.
