While Lisle didn't have the best season last year (they finished 14-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They managed a 50-46 victory over the West Chicago Wildcats on Saturday. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 50-21 loss the last time these two teams met.

Lisle's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for West Chicago, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Lisle will head out on the road to take on Tinley Park at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Chicago, they will be home for the holidays to greet Glenbard North at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
