Palm Harbor University and Strawberry Crest squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Palm Harbor University had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Chargers. The Hurricanes' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Palm Harbor University's loss came despite strong showings from Leah Crockett and Isabela Delanoy. Crockett had 11 digs and three aces, while Delanoy had 14 digs and four aces. Crockett has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Strawberry Crest got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Zoe Bullock out in front who had eight digs and eight aces. Those eight aces gave Bullock a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Miller, who had seven digs and four assists.

Palm Harbor University's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Strawberry Crest, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 13-14 record.

Palm Harbor University does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Strawberry Crest, they will challenge Plant at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
