Football Recap: Dixie Heights Takes a Loss

If Dixie Heights was feeling good fresh off their 55-0 takedown of Boone County two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Colonels were outmatched by the Ryle Raiders and fell 62-20. While losing is never fun, the Colonels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky football rankings (they are ranked 78th, while the Raiders are ranked 16th).

Dixie Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Ryle, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

As of now, neither Dixie Heights nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
