Soccer Recap: Frontier International Academy Comes Up Short

Frontier International Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Melvindale Cardinals.

Frontier International Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Melvindale, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-2-1.

Looking ahead, Frontier International Academy will venture away from home to face off against Port Huron Northern at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Melvindale, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 7-0 win against Annapolis on the 15th.
