Basketball Game Preview: Central Wisconsin Christian Crusaders vs. Lourdes Knights

The Central Wisconsin Christian Crusaders will face off against the Lourdes Knights at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Central Wisconsin Christian and eight for Lourdes.

Last Tuesday, Central Wisconsin Christian came up short against Oakfield and fell 63-55.

Meanwhile, Lourdes had to suffer through a 77-36 loss at the hands of Omro.

Central Wisconsin Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Lourdes, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16.

Central Wisconsin Christian won a match that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in December of 2024, slipping by Lourdes 51-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Central Wisconsin Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
