Football Recap: Manzanola Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 48 points the game before, Manzanola was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They had to suffer through a 57-6 loss at the hands of the Hanover Hornets. The Bobcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-6.

It was another big night for Thomas Griffin Jr., who rushed for 185 yards and six scores on only 12 carries for Hanover. Griffin Jr. also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing two fumbles and making 17 total tackles (3.0 for loss). Another player making a difference was Tanner Lindsey, who picked up 48 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Manzanola's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hanover, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.
