Soccer Recap: Sulphur Comes Up Short

Sulphur and Dutchtown squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Sulphur had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Dutchtown Griffins. That's two games in a row now that the Golden Tors have lost by exactly two goals.

Sulphur has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11-3 record this season. As for Dutchtown, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-8-5.

As of now, neither Sulphur nor Dutchtown have any future games scheduled.
