Football Recap: Decatur Heritage Christian Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Tharptown last Friday, Decatur Heritage Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Eagles came up short against the Ashville Bulldogs on Friday, falling 41-17. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-3.

Jb Potter was his usual excellent self, throwing for 198 yards and four TDs on only ten passes for Ashville. Jrey Colley handled things on the ground, rushing for 84 yards.

Decatur Heritage Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ashville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Decatur Heritage Christian Academy will square off against Falkville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ashville, they will challenge White Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
