Basketball Recap: Frederick Gunn Comes Up Short

Frederick Gunn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 69-53 fall against the Greenwich Country Day Tigers. The Highlanders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

When it comes to explaining why Frederick Gunn lost, don't look at Harrison Muntner. Despite the final result, he posted 16 points and five rebounds. Those 16 points gave Muntner a new career-high. Justin Robinson was another key player, putting up ten points and six boards.

Frederick Gunn's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Greenwich Country Day, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
