Volleyball Recap: Red River Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Red River can now relate to. They came up short against the Houma Christian Warriors on Tuesday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since October 6th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-11, 25-15.

Leading Houma Christian to victory were Riley Folse and Ansley Molaison. Folse had five aces and three digs, while Molaison had seven digs. That's the most aces Folse has posted since back in October.

Red River's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9. As for Houma Christian, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-8.

As of now, neither Red River nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
