Baseball Recap: Wray Takes a Loss

Wray lost to Limon back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Badgers by a score of 4-3. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gage Waitman made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Ben Riggleman also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Wray's record is now 17-6. As for Limon, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 12-8 record.

Wray does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Limon, they will challenge Lyons at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
