Recap: Lincoln Lynx vs. Lincoln Railsplitters
The Lincoln Lynx came into Saturday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victor by a 65-39 margin over the Railsplitters. The win was just what the Lynx needed coming off of a 73-38 loss in their prior game.
The Lynx found their leader in underclassman Addie Naughton, who scored 15 points along with eight assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Hutson Rau, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
The Lynx's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-12. As for the Railsplitters, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with that loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.
The Lynx will take on the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Railsplitters does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
