Mogadore extended the longest winning streak in Portage Trail - County this week by beating Villa Angela-St. Joseph, 41-27. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Woodridge fell to Benedictine 28-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Garfield's Chase Chapman and Fred Maxey have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Chapman has thrown for 1,824 yards this season, while Maxey has 38 catches for 679 yards. The Bulldogs' Dalevon Davidson leads the league in rushing yards with 1,512.
Mogadore led the league in scoring this week by notching 41 points on the Vikings.
