Softball Recap: Berkeley Prep Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Berkeley Prep can now relate to. They fell 7-3 to the Tampa Catholic Crusaders on Thursday. The Buccaneers haven't had much luck with the Crusaders recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Berkeley Prep saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evangeline Iarossi, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Berkeley Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Tampa Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-8.

As of now, neither Berkeley Prep nor the Crusaders have any future games scheduled.
