Volleyball Game Preview: Thomas Jefferson Spartans vs. Denver South Ravens

The Thomas Jefferson Spartans will head out to square off against the Denver South Ravens at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Thomas Jefferson will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Thomas Jefferson made easy work of Highlands Ranch and carried off a 3-0 win.

Thomas Jefferson was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-22, 27-25.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Denver South, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over George Washington on Wednesday. The Ravens haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 23-25, 25-16.

Denver South now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Thomas Jefferson, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.
