Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mendenhall). They put the hurt on the Forest Bearcats with a sharp 25-2 win on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Bearcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Kimora Bouldin was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. That's the fewest earned runs she has allowed since back in March of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024.

In other batting news, Tatum Berry was a standout: she fired off two home runs and four runs while going 4-for-4. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Alli Brewer was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Mendenhall always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Mendenhall's record now sits at 8-4-1. As for Forest, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
