Volleyball Game Preview: Manila Lions vs. Westside Warriors

The Manila Lions will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Westside Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Manila is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Piggott on Monday.

Manila couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Piggott a tough time in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 28-30, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Westside took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Harrisburg.

If you add up the scores from across all four sets (88-87) Westside actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 9-25, 28-26.
