Soccer Game Preview: Pewaukee vs. Oregon

Pewaukee is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Pius XI Catholic get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Monday. Pewaukee haven't had any issues with Pius XI Catholic recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Oregon faced Waunakee in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Panthers came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 2-0. Give Oregon's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Oregon is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven games. As for Pewaukee, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
