Mills University Studies had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They strolled past the Central Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 53-39. The win was nothing new for the Comets as they're now sitting on 31 straight dating back to last season.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Mills University Studies wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 70-54 loss against Bryant on the 15th. Central has also already played their next contest (against Fayetteville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
