10 at home workouts using resistance bands during coronavirus social distancing

Add resistance to your at home workouts by using an arm band.

Attempting to stay active and fit while adhering to social distancing during this COVID-19 epidemic can be a challenge. 

With gyms closed, an alternative around the house may be adding a little resistance to your workout. Many baseball and softball players have an ArmPro, V-Band, J-Band, or other types of arm resistance bands already to stretch their arms before throwing. If you happen to have an arm band, here are 10 workouts to try.
