It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Clovis North had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Sanger Apaches. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 4, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Clovis North was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (87-85), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 10-25, 25-19, 25-22.

Clovis North's victory bumped their record up to 20-12. As for Sanger, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 38-8.

Coming up, Clovis North will take on Clovis East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sanger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
