Volleyball Game Preview: San Diego Academy Cavaliers vs. Escondido Adventist Academy Hawks

The San Diego Academy Cavaliers will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Escondido Adventist Academy Hawks at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.

San Diego Academy saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to San Gabriel Academy.

Meanwhile, everything went Escondido Adventist Academy's way against Bonsall last Tuesday as Escondido Adventist Academy made off with a 3-0 win.

Escondido Adventist Academy never let Bonsall on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17, 25-17.

The victory got Escondido Adventist Academy back to even at 1-1. As for San Diego Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

San Diego Academy couldn't quite get it done against Escondido Adventist Academy when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can San Diego Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
